Returns and Shipping


Sustainable Products are happy to refund or exchange any item that was incorrect, has a manufacturing fault or is damaged in transit provided you bring this to our attention within 28 days of shipment.

Please ensure affected products are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. We also advise to return your products with tracking as we are not responsible if items go missing in transit.

We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt.
We do not refund or exchange in the event that you simply change your mind.

We will pay the return shipping fees for any damaged or defective items, or items not shipped as ordered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

In case of you providing an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you and advise asap.

Any orders returned to sender due to goods not claimed within the required time frame or incorrect address provided, will be resent at receiver’s expense (to be paid prior to dispatch).


Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Most items come from our overseas warehouses and are dispatched within 1-2 days of you placing your order.You’ll receive tracking once your item is sent and will be able to follow its progress. You’ll also be notified of any changes.
